Tonight I bottled. It was raining, pouring actually, and my Pilsener was ready. I tested the FG on Saturday and it was at about 1.014. According to the recipe, it should be at ~1.012. I measured again today and it was about the same. I prepped 36 bottles, but only actually used 23, or just [...]
